Phil Bolin

Phil is as good as they come. He went above and beyond for our family in so many ways. First and foremost, Phil always put our interests first. We were looking for a very specific and hard-to-find scenario. This meant that Phil had to exercise a lot of patience over a long period of time, but he never wavered in insisting on getting what we wanted. That was true even when it meant advising us NOT to offer on a place. Next, Phil demonstrated wide-ranging knowledge and expertise on everything from the home search to the negotiation to the closing. He was there every step of the way for us. Finally, we closed during this period of social distancing, and Phil skillfully managed keeping everything on track while also carefully adhering to health and safety guidelines. Phil safely and efficiently got the job done when it would have been easy to just wait it out. On top of all that, Phil always expressed interest in our family and things outside of the real estate. He's simply the best!
