I cant say enough about The Deane Cheatham Team. I have now completed 5 transactions with Deane in the last 16 years. I contacted Deane on a Wednesday and had a contract on my house by Monday over the asking price. I needed the carpets cleaned and Deane got that done the next day before it went on the market. This contract fell through on a Friday afternoon (Buyers backed out) and Deane got me another contract by Sunday for more money than the first contract. Deane reacted and held an Open House the Saturday (next day) after the contract fell through. Deane did a video walkthrough of my house and had the professional photos taken and posted online immediately after the carpets were cleaned. Deane is the hardest working guy in the business. After the sale closed, Deane traveled 4 hrs to bring my wife and I aluminum tumblers as a gift for trusting him with the sale of our home. It wasnt a hard decision to go with Deane and it shouldnt be a hard decision for you either.

I had initial meetings with Deane where he listened to what I want to do, my timeline, other considerations etc and we laid out a plan and timeline to achieve my goals and maximize the sale. Deane has a wealth of knowledge and contacts and people on his team that assisted with the staging of my home, recommendation for improvements, taking the best pictures for the listing including a wonderful video showcasing and narrating my home, the listing and the open house. When time came to list the home, everything was fully prepared and ready to go and his team had tools available to run the scheduling and open houses smoothly and extremely successfully. The listing with its great pictures, video and description drew a huge interest. The agents supporting the open houses were on top of the game ensuring signage was timely displayed for potential buyers to easily find the home.
