We live in Florida and have thought about buying a property in Virginia for investment. I didn't know Ahmed Makkiyah but our lender introduced him to us and it turned to be a great experience and results. Ahmed is very knowledgeable in the market needs, he was very detailed in providing all the information we needed, knows all about rules and policies, he was very responsive to our (many) phone calls, texts and emails, and he always responded in a timely manner, very respectful, and very professional. Ahmed is a very trust worthy person to the point we bought the property before we saw it in person, he took care of everything while we are at home in Florida. I highly recommended him if you need a good realtor.

Highly recommended; As a first-time homebuyer, we were worried about choosing a real estate agent. Luckily, we found Ahmed Makkiyah through Facebook. He is not pushy as many other agents. We didnt feel pressure from him at any moment throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions professionally and considered all our criteria (school rating,location, price point, etc.). He has a great knowledge of the competitive market, however, he is still so supportive and considers our viewpoint of not going with all nonsense overprice offers during Pandemic.
