I love it it when an agent is upfront and honest. As a first time home buyer, we reply on the agent's advice and experience as well as support. My wife and I wanted to purchase a home that had many needs for fixer upper and we were ready to write an offer for the below market price. When we asked Ryan for his advice, he simply told us to consider ourselves living in the home, and what we would want to do first as soon as we moved in. We then realized we did not want to fix anything, and after a few more tours, we found the perfect home, that we did not even think twice on. We did not need to fix anything, and most appliances were brand new with warranty. Ryan went above an beyond to make sure we had all the utilities transferred promptly to avoid disconnect fees, and also made sure we had all the paint color information, home warranty information, and HOA contact numbers just in case. He even sent us a welcome home card a few weeks after we moved in. Everything was just impeccable.

I have only positive comments to post as Ryan did an excellent job in all aspects of selling my Alexandria home. The home sat on the market for quite a while with no action when listed by my previous realtor. Ryan came along and it was like night and day. He took aggressive, proactive actions to get my home listed and shown to prospective buyers. Ryan made suggestions on how to spruce up my home and recommended repairs to make it more appealing. He did several of these touch-ups on his own, which simply amazed me as I was living in another state. Ryan was there, all the way, from the listing, marketing, open house, showing and closing. We are a military family, and it is often difficult to find an agent (or anyone) that would be willing to work with us on OUR schedule. Ryan did just that. He was there when we needed him, and he never pressured us to rush through anything. He just simply guided through all 12 home showings (sorry Ryan!) and provided every little information we needed.
