The day I opened the mailbox and got the "PASSED" letter in 1977 was the beginning of a career that I love. Oh yes, there have been some good years and some rough years, but all have earned so many friends and opportunities I have lost track. I have seen interest rates up to 19% and in the past year down to 2.5%! I have years of few sales and years of LOTS of sales. Owning Ashley Paige Realty I have specialized in all aspects of real estate - Selling & Listing homes, New & Resale, Land Development and more. I have an amazing husband (who WAS a custom home builder until retirement), two beautiful daughters and two amazing son-in-laws. I have two beautiful grandchildren, one on earth and one in heaven now. Since my granddaughter was first born, I have actively assisted in caregiving and also in opening a non-profit to help parents/caregivers of medically complex children. A portion of my income yearly directly supports my charitable giving to Apricity Hope Project and CHOP.
