Jim Houser

I am not only a licensed Realtor, I am a broker as well in both Virginia and North Carolina. I have the National Association of Realtors designation, GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, an honor only held by less than 10 % of all Realtors nationwide. I also recently completed the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer's Representative. I have served as President of the Dan River Region Association of Realtors and have been a top producer for several years. I am family oriented having been married for 52 years with 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I am a member of the NorDan Church of Christ. I have lived in the Danville, VA area for almost 50 years and know the area very well. I have graduated from Hargrave Military Academy, East Tennessee State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My hobbies include traveling, sports and fly fishing in the mountains.
