Matthew Kahn

A 35-year agent in the metropolitan area, I have been a Broker for over 28 years and started my own company, Falls Realty, in 1997. I am licensed in VA, MD, DC, and FL. I have been an CE instructor for NVARs Realtor School. I am a Certified Ethics Instructor, and I serve as an Ombudsman and Mediator for both NVAR and VR. I have been on the Professional Standards Committee for over 17 years and have served as Chair of the NVAR Public Policy and Legislative Bill Review Committees. I was on the Board of Directors of Virginia Realtors for five years and served for 15 years on the Board of Equalization of the City of Falls Church, nine of those years as Chair. I was also mortgage banker for 20 years, in various roles including Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a USAF Officer and Pilot. I have been blessed to have the love of many cats and one wife in my life and have two international gold medals singing bass with the Alexandria Harmonizers.
