The photos of our home were so beautiful I wanted to buy it myself all over again! Our home sold within days of the listing going on line. Katie helped with advice on pricing to fit our situation, was in touch with us throughout the steps leading up to the sale and issues that crept up on the day of closing. She was dependable and responsive as well as knowledgeable, the voice of calm in stressful situations. We were fortunate to have her as our agent.
