Marc took the time to explain everything that was going on during the sale of my home. He was patient and understanding with all my questions. Mark and his team were very professional from the start until the end. They made sure my needs were met and made the process very smooth.

We loved working with EXIT First Realty to buy our new house. We looked at a bunch of different houses in different areas and our agent was always knowledgeable of the area and the condition of the houses, and always made the time to show us houses as soon as possible. We love our new house and don't plan to move again but if we did we would definitely use Exit Realty again. And I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect agent and team!

They were a constant resource for us in finding qualified contractors during the preparation period and were always there when we needed a boost to morale or a sympathetic ear. They used a magnificent photographer for our online listing and he did a simply wonderful job of showcasing the home. They utilize social media and online tools to the best effect. In short, we feel that these people are as good as it gets in the real estate field.

After having my home on the market for about a year and a half. I became skeptical that anyone would be able to sell it. I didn't understand why the home didn't sell, because I felt my home was very marketable. And I put a lot of work into the home while preparing it for the market. When I met Marc, he told me exactly what I needed to hear. I think that was the difference - Marc was upfront with me.
