Melinda Sexton

After graduating from Colby Sawyer College and Northeastern university I married Brian Sexton. In 1983 we arrived at Ft Lee where my husband was stationed after a tour in Europe. We never left the area and after 38 years as a realtor and a multi million dollar producer, I have retained the highest level of production for 30 years at the Southside Association of Realtors.I have a Lifetime Achievement award from SVAR for continued level of production, Associate of the year for SVAR and continue to be the top producer at Ingram and Associates for over the last 25 years.I go the extra mile and love the service that I offer my clients . I am knowledgeable of New Construction, resale as a buyers agent as well as a listing agent and selling to relocation, military.and first time buyers.
