She not only reviews the things that should be done, but she knows all the right people to do them. Before I met Juli I was having a difficult time finding a painter, handy man, cleaning people, a carpet company, and a mover to move and store excess furniture! Juli Clifford knocked on my elderly parents door 3 years ago while canvassing the neighborhood where she was selling a house. She made such a great impression that my Dad saved her card for 3 years until they were ready to sell. Juli knew painters, house cleaners, handymen and had a husband with a business to haul away unwanted furniture and other items - all for much lower prices than I could find. She made suggestions that upgraded the appearance of the home to appeal to a wider audience and her pricing was on target with the market. After a weekend open house, she presented us with 3 offers and we settled within a month. It took us two years to determine our direction. But Juli stuck by us through the ups-and-downs. She updated us on market changes since our initial meeting and gently guided us through the pricing, sales, contract, preparation for sale, listing, and closing processes.
