From my experience working with Lauren on the purchase of our townhouse, I can say that Lauren is an exceptional realtor to work with, and I say this confidently having dealt with different realtors when my wife and I purchased our condos. When my wife and I first met Lauren at an open house, we had been going to open houses for about 6 weeks, but could not settle on a realtor- most of them were pressuring us to buy a home quickly. Lauren offered a different approach by respecting the pace of our search. The other thing to note is that she fiercely represents her clients. When homes were overpriced, she gave us her honest opinion. When we started negotiations, she was able to get the seller to settle on a price much lower than we had expected. When a leak was discovered on the final walk-through, she sprang into action to make sure the issue was corrected by the seller before closing. In sum, I cannot stress how tirelessly she will work on your behalf to close on your dream home.

Not only had we been talking to Lauren for over a year because we are a military family and plans change daily sometimes, we needed to sell and move during the pandemic. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Lauren. She made this whole process stress free, kept us in the loop on everything, and sold our house in 6 days. You are in extremely compassionate and hardworking hands when you choose Lauren to be on your side while selling or buying your house.
