Lee provided us with smart advice about how to showcase our house to get us the best possible deal. She worked hard for us, holding numerous open houses. Her interior designer provided great tips. And her photographer is a real pro. Overall a job very well done from our perspective.

This is the second time I have worked with Lee. I have to say I could not have closed on my house without her expert knowledge. She gave us helpful tips such as offering free 1 month rent to the seller to give them time to move out. This made our offer standout among the competing bids. During closing she helped facilitate getting our questions answered from the seller in a timely manner and made the whole closing process effortless.
