My fiance and I first asked Lila to list and sell my fiances house in Newport News, VA. She listed it and helped to negotiate a sale quick. Afterwards, she helped us look for homes all over the Hampton Roads area. We went back and forth looking for homes, and looking for vacant lots to have a new home built on instead, but finally found our dream home way out in Ivor, VA. Lila helped us negotiate a steal on this property, with a purchase price $50k below appraisal! Soon as we moved into the new home in Ivor, Lila listed my home in Yorktown, VA for sale.........She stayed with us through all 3 sales and closings, which in the end took about a year and a half from time we first listed my fiances house, until we closed on the sale of my house. We think of no-one else when it comes to helping and representing us with our home selling and buying decisions. Lila has always been responsive, even when I'm traveling on business. She also understands my wife who is not native to this area. That really helps when both of us are comfortable with our agent. Lila goes the extra mile all the time. She cares a great deal about our comfort, our trust and our happiness with these major decisions. I'm not easy to deal with when it comes to these BIG decisions and I usually don't trust the people and agencies involved in the process. But with Lila, it's that extra work she puts into the relationship and the many transactions that take place over home selling and buying that make the difference.
