Colleen is absolutely the best to work with, she was always very professional, efficient and being personal and prioritizing our choices at the same time. Our first time home buying experience was made even better as she gave us insightful knowledge about neighborhoods, areas and homes themselves. She would always get to the location ahead of time and will give us insights that our eyes missed. She provided us great coaching through the contracting and negotiating phases. We are glad we found our dream home in a highly Seller friendly market at an anticipated price and all the features that were our must haves. If we would have waited another day, would have lost our home to multiple offers that came in. So very thankful for the experience and guidance.
