Julie Hawkins

Licensed for over sixteen years, Julie has sold homes all over the region. She previously supported the U.S. Department of Energy on its collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS to promote home energy efficiency within the real estate industry, and conducted outreach and communications for the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH), a HUD program which promotes advanced building technologies to the housing industry. Julie previously served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty-Dulles as Career Development Committee Chair, and offers mentoring and coaching to newer agents. Julies clients appreciate her level of expertise and professionalism, attention to detail and sense of humor; while keeping a positive rapport with the important players in each transaction. When not working with her real estate clients or colleagues, she spends time with her husband, son, and rescue dog (Sadie Hawkins).
