Upon retiring from the Army in 1995 after a 22 year career, Al started his real estate career with Century 21 C. F. Scott, in Virginia. He has worked as a Real Estate Agent and Principal Broker at Century 21 C. F. Scott for 18 years. During that time he earned several awards as a Million Dollar Producer and has been the recipient of numerous Honor Society awards. In 2012 he was voted president of the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and also earned Realtor of the Year honors that same year. On November 1, 2013 Al opened his own real estate brokerage firm, WELL DONE PROPERTIES, LLC. Al's mission is simple, to provide his clients with the best professional real estate services anywhere! A few of his credentials to insure he does that include many National Association of Realtors designations such as, the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource).
