Kelli is just fantastic. She helped with the sale of my parents' house. She made what could have been stressful and emotional actually fun and effortless. Any issues that arose (because of outside factors), she took care of with promptness and tenacity. Because of her impeccable knowledge of the real estate market, we had 17 offers within 4 days! Kelli helped us through our first home purchase in a very competitive market. She was able to book showings for the first day properties hit the market and that was necessary for the house we bought! She was very quick to respond and handle offer submissions. In a multiple offer situation, she helped us craft a competitive offer that gave the seller what they wanted while protecting us. Her references for lenders, home inspections, and other services have all been outstanding! Could not ask for a smoother process or a better realtor!

We have worked with Kelli for both buying and selling. I wrote a review after working with her for buying so I wont cover that here, other than to say that as fantastic and smooth of an experience as she made that, the experience that we are having with her now has been highly professional, and even enjoyable. From the start, she focused on getting the best value for our house, and she had many very helpful suggestions on what we could do to make our house more marketable and attractive. As a result of her efforts, our house was under contract in less than 5 days. Even with some bumps in the road (from external factors having nothing to do with her), she kept ahead of the process changes and we are looking at closing in only a couple days! Kelli was amazing! As a first time home buyer, Kelli was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. She took me to tons of showings and pointed out both the positives and the flaws of all the properties. She made me feel confident in the process and Im so glad I got to work with her!

Kelli has been amazing! She is so easy to work with and very accommodating. We dragged her all over Maryland looking for a house. We made a couple attempts at purchasing a new home and even had one in escrow but didnt close due to terrible inspection reports and dishonest sellers and Kelli was right there with us every step of the way, very understanding. Very supportive and encouraging. She made sure everything was taken care of and kept us informed of all developments.
