Rick is the absolute best realtor in Richmond (and nicest person youll ever meet). Hes worked with my family for decades as well as several of my friends and none of us will ever work with anyone else. If Rick tells you something, you know its true. Hes always looking out for your best interests, while understanding what you value in a home and home-buying experience. Rick is extremely responsive, professional and an all-around good human. Hell tell you the good, bad, and ugly of every property you consider and each part of the purchasing process. There are no surprises with Rick. Rick is professional, polite and very knowledgeable, but most important he tells you exactly what to expect during each aspect of selling your home, not just what you want to hear.
