I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM IN EITHER BUYING OR SELLING A HOME. SHE UNDERSTOOD WHAT MY GOALS WERE AND HER EXPERTISE AND ADVICE WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN ACTUALLY EXCEEDING MY GOALS. We were recommended to Kim by a retired realtor friend and she said I wouldnt recommend anyone other than Kim. The advice could not have been better for us. From our first meeting with Kim our many apprehensions were put to rest significantly, even though selling a home Is fairly traumatic. Kim knew everything to say and do and true to her word, took care of everything, including staging, painting, repairs, etc. etc. She never acted as though our many many nave questions were any bother to her, and importantly she always responded quickly whether to a call, text, or email. She always had good reasons for suggesting the decisions that we should make, and the proof of the pudding is that she sold our home the first weekend of showings, for the full asking price.
