I couldnt have asked for a more seamless experience with the Linda Fox-Jarvis Team. While maintaining a home business throughout the process, Linda & Stephanie were very respectful of my time restraints, with little disruption during my busy hours. Showings were timely & I was always kept informed. They were both available anytime, day or night, for my questions, returned texts immediately, and always reassured me with any concerns I had. I required a lot of hand-holding, as this was my first (solo) home sale & purchase. Thankfully, we went under contract within 2 weeks, quickly found my dream home, and closed on both within 8 weeks! The best part is, when the process was over, it really wasnt, as they truly care about their clients, and promise to be there for any ongoing needs. Stephanie of The Linda Fox Jarvis Team did a great job of listing my house and selling it quickly. I live overseas, which could have made for a challenging process, but Stephanie did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the process, including arranging for contractors to correct items found during the home inspection. She obtained reasonable prices for the repairs from the contractors, and got additional quotes in some cases which reduced the cost where needed. Seamless process from start to finish, I couldn't be any happier with how this went. Closing went off without a hitch even though I never entered the country during the entire process. Stephanie Caskill was absolutely fantastic. She has a great knowledge of the homes in the Great Neck area, and did a great job finding listings that met our specifications. She is very detail oriented and thorough in home inspections, and stayed on top of the process from beginning to end.
