I can't imagine getting through this transaction so smoothly (from offer to close in 3 weeks) without Terry and others at Long and Foster (Brad Stevenson, Jean Ruckel, Joyce Stempa, etc). Terry went out of her way to make sure all issues were taken care of appropriately before closing. We felt confident throughout the process that she had our interests covered and all items completed to our satisfaction.
