Kaitlyn is a full-time local Realtor with deep roots in Southwest Virginia, growing up in Wythe Co. She brings a warm, grounded approach to her work, with a love for the Blue Ridge Mountains & small-town charm. Kaitlyn has a prior decade career in Veterinary Medicine working in New York City. She brings an exceptional level of care, empathy, and attention to detail from years of tending to animals in the ER and ICU. Now, she’s applying those skills to help people find their perfect homes, listening attentively to what buyers and sellers want and making sure each transaction feels as smooth and supportive as possible. Her unique experience means she approaches real estate with both professionalism and a personal touch, bridging the gap between big-city expertise and the friendliness and familiarity of Virginia’s tight-knit communities.
