Kelly and her team (Brittany and Allison) did a GREAT job helping us through our first home sale. Kelly was realistic and straight forward about what we should do, could do and shouldn't do to prepare our home for sale. We had our first offer within 24 hours and after that Allison and Brittany kept us in the loop on all of the steps to closing. I thought I'd be a nervous wreck, but they made everything easy! There are so many moving parts and the team kept us fully informed and up to date. I couldn't ask for more. thank you!
