During the current stay at home order, weve spent more time than we ever anticipated at our new home. With all this time you can figure out definitely if your house works for you or not. Fortunately for us, we had Rich on our side when we moved so we have a house that perfectly suits our family. He listens to what you like/want and utilizes his background in real estate, design, and construction, to get you a house that meets your needs. When we contemplated moving, we wanted to add greater ease into our busy life. Rich made a complicated and fast close on our old house and an involved design process for the new house as easy and enjoyable as possible, representing us skillfully in both transactions. I have worked with Rich on 3 real estate transactions now. He goes out of his way to accommodate and fulfill requests you have. His ability to negotiate and keep both seller & buyers happy is admirable. The recent transaction was selling my parents condo, since they have both passed on. That means he had to deal with my sister, brother and myself until we all agreed. He really knows how to handle different opinions and resolve with a compromise that everyone is happy about.

It was a breeze working with Rich and his team! In 2013 we bought a condo with the help of the Gardner Group. Six years, one toddler, and a baby on the way, we were ready to move into something bigger. We met with Rich at the end of September, listed two weeks later, were under contract within THREE DAYS. With the help of realtor, Jay McCormack, we made a successful offer on our new house just a few days after that. We moved into our new home before the holidays, with time to spare! Richs knowledge of the housing market was invaluable in our process. His valuation of our original unit was spot-on and he knew just what we needed for our growing family before we did. His reputation in the community undoubtedly helped with the sale of our condo and his connections to contractors, (painters, inspectors, photographers, etc.) helped get our home ready to show quickly. If you want someone with real estate in their blood, Rich is your guy. Having 20+ years in real estate (selling, buying, and building) there was no doubt Rich would be our agent when relocating from Colorado to Vermont.
