I have been a licensed real estate agent and broker for over 11 years in the State of Vermont. I've had a long and varied career that has revolved around real estate. Starting in graduate school where I worked for the Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corporation as an intern through ten years in Community and Economic Development for the City of Montpelier as well as 10 years in residential and commercial property management . I bring an investment mentality to all transactions , even when we have an emotional connection to a property it is still an investment which needs to return as much as possible to the owner. When I am not selling real estate I am likely at home working on projects with my wife and 3 kids and husky in Montpelier .
