Marilyn Wells

When I was contacting Brokers the first time we needed one on the internet Marilyn called me within 10 minutes, she was the first to call us back and was willing to meet up with us the same day. She is a very good Agent. We have used her before and will use her again if needed.

Marilyn Wells is responsive, positive and very communicative. She handled negotiations with the buyer and kept in regular contact with both sides. The sale took a long time to close (for reasons out of the Marilyn's control) and she did a great job of engaging and staying on top of the situation.
