Nicole made and selling our family home during very turbulent times (both personal circumstances and the covid-19 environment) as smooth as it could possibly be. She listened with heart and head to ensure emotions were respected and encouraged action when it was needed to help forward with the sale. Nicole has tons of excellent contacts who are skilled what they do to ensure quality work was performed on-time. She works tirelessly and makes sure all questions are answered in a timely manner. Most of all, I appreciate how easy she is to talk to and fun to work with!

Nicole was recommended to us a close friend. We had an initial chat with Nicole, she was great and told us to take our time. Eventually we did then Nicole really swang into action. We bid on a home with many offers in and this is where Nicole's experience blew us away. We constructed an offer with Nicole's guidance and less than 24 hours later, our bid was accepted. Not sure I would want to be on the other end of a negotiation with Nicole! We then used Nicole to sell our home, she staged it amazingly, held our hand with what to look for with regards to the offers that will come in. We on a Friday had over 20 people come through that weekend. The Sunday evening, we had accepted an offer, was so fast and above what we expected. We are now in our forever home and loving it, without Nicole's step step guidance and take charge approach we would not be here. Great service, adorable person. Nicole was an amazing realtor for us during the sale of our home. She provided us with regular updates on the Duvall/Redmond area listings and sales. Selling a home priced at over 1.1 million in Duvall was a challenging task, but Nicole was constantly keeping us updated on how reasonable our asking price was, with bi-weekly reviews of the market. She did extra in order to give our home extra exposure, and her suggestions on what we needed to do in order to get our home ready to be were "spot on" correct. She was also helpful in suggesting other resources like moving companies, garbage recycling and to get things done. We always felt like we were a team when working with Nicole during the transaction process, before and after the sale was completed. The communication was great. She helped greatly reduce our stress while I was working remotely in Phoenix, AZ at the time of our home's and sale.
