Before she got into real estate, she believed that 20% down was required and she did not have the resources to build wealth through real estate. Her passion for the industry is driven by helping her clients to realize that it is easier to buy a house than they might think and how to purchase real estate strategically to use it as a stepping stone to grow wealth and build something bigger for the future. Katie comes from the service industry and is now thriving in her real estate career.
