Todd was great with us. We were first time homebuyers. He explained everything to us, answered our questions,made us feel so comfortable. Todd is all in for you, he truly works for you & most importantly he goes above what is expected of him. He has become a friend. And if we should ever need someone again, it will be Todd Rosholt. No pressure at all, was sending us houses via email. Also we could look on our own & call him anytime. Whether we had a question or wanted to view a house we had seen. He is very prompt to get right back to us & meet us at different locations to look at a house.He is a very family oriented guy,he is very understanding & compassionate, he's a 'real' person,honest.
