Jennie is by far the most competent real estate broker I have ever met. I just completed my fifth transaction with her and as always, I could not be more pleased. This time around, we listed a unique property in winter and received a offer over asking on the first day. Her pricing strategies and marketing skills are impressive. She is well connected and seems to be able to pull buyers out of a hat. Jennie works hard and invests a lot into each transaction. I'd use her even if my best friend was an agent.

Jennie Wetter is the best residential real estate professional I've ever met. We interviewed her to help us sell our mothers home after her death. It was clear immediately that she was the right person to take on the sale. She handled every detail of preparing the house for listing, she had crews come in to update landscaping, do small repairs, paint the interior, stage the home and create a great online marketing campaign to sell the house. The house sold within 2 weeks of listing, and thanks to Jennie, we felt really comfortable turning this project completely over to her while we grieved the loss of our Mom. I can't recommend her enough. She was fantastic.

Jennie was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I are relocating from out of state, and we chose Jennie for her excellent ratings and obvious expertise in the Gig Harbor area.
