I met with Debbie on a Saturday in mid March, signed the papers for her to list our home, and by Sunday afternoon Cole had shown the house, and had our first offer. We accepted that offer, and the sale closed by mid April. Me working out of state, and being an absent home owner at the time, I thought would be a challenge. Debbie and Cole kept me informed continuously throughout the entire process, with access to online signing, and even provided expert advice, and professional contacts, when the home inspection revealed a repair necessary to proceed with the sale.
