Emo Rowe was spectacular from start to finish. We set a plan, marketing, staging, appraisal, and timing. It couldn't have gone better. SOLD FOR $165,000 OVER ASKING. Emo then changed gears to purchase our next house. BOUGHT IT FOR 23K BELOW ASKING PRICE AND 5K BELOW APPRAISAL. Emo's biggest asset, besides a tireless work ethic, is his superior negotiation skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Emo to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

I wasn't even sure we could do what we wanted to do. Emo looked at the numbers and was very honest about what we could afford in a house and what we could expect to get for my house. He then found a house that we loved. He was able to negotiate a contingency offer for $15,000 less than the asking price! Then he sold my home the first day it was listed, for an amazing cash offer. Both homes were to close on the same day. However, the inspection on the new home turned up some unsafe, expensive needed repairs. Neither the seller nor I had the money. Emo got bids and negotiated with the seller and a contractor to do the work in escrow! (kind of unheard of ) He then negotiated for me to stay in my home after the sale while the construction was going on in the new place! also kind of unheard of). Emo also has such a great and personable personality, you feel almost like a good friend or family member. Even though he had many other clients, he makes you feel like you're the only one!
