Jen is an amazing superstar who goes above and beyond to make all elements of the home buying and selling process understandable and doable. I have both bought and sold a home with Jen and there was never a day or moment that I didn't feel I was in capable, caring, and knowledgeable hands. Jen made sure I felt and was treated like a priority and respected. She truly has a wonderous ability of being able to help clients figure out realistic and obtainable expectations in any real estate transaction and goes above and beyond supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Jen is the most sweetest,compassionate real estate broker and person I have had the privilege to help me in my quest to buy a home. I wasn't even sure I could. She went through the whole process with me start to finish and kept in touch the whole way. She kept me on track with what I could afford and not necessarily what I wanted. I could only look at houses around 7pm due to my work schedule but she never hesitated to meet me there even giving up her day off plans at the last minute. She fought hard for me when things didn't end up being what they were supposed to be. She even came to my house to wait for appliance to be delivered when I couldn't be there. Jen is definitely 100% your go to real estate person. She is a real joy to have work for you. I will definitely use her anytime.

Each time more information on a step or a house detail was required, Jennifer was available, day or night. These calls and text conversations, sometimes quite late at night, were answered promptly and expertly each and every time. Each time a setback was presented, Jennifer (I imagine in my mind) literally LEPT to resolve the concern. Financial issue? "Jennifer's got it!" Paperwork's missing? "Call Jennifer, she'll know who to contact!" If it sounds repetitive, it's because it is. Just like the entire experience is "action, rinse, repeat," Jennifer was always "call, action, fixed." In an extremely delicate and intimate part of our lives, Jennifer earned my trust quickly and never offered even a whiff of a possibility that this trust was misplaced. In the end, her skills allowed us to look at three houses...total. Even the federal bureaucracy (a VA loan) could not slow this woman.
