I found Justin to be highly knowledgeable of the area. He was very patient and did an excellent job in analyzing our preferences based on our comments as we saw various properties. It took us a while to nail down on a home, but by the time we did nail down on a home Justin had honed in perfectly on our finances, location preference, and internal layout. One more point, Justin just didn't stop after we purchased the home, he helped us find contact and contractors for all the renovation work and some fixing up work we needed to have done at the house. I'm not sure I can put into words how AMAZING I think Justin is. I was referred to him by a friend and chose him over a couple of other friends of mine mostly due to his willingness to provide information and assistance prior to me making any commitment to him. I live out of state, so the process was stressful and my property required quite a bit of repair. Justin held my hand throughout and was always as the ready when I called with questions or needs. He obviously knew the marketplace and priced the listing properly to garner multiple offers considerably over asking price on the first day. Closed the deal in under two weeks start to finish. I made the right choice and would suggest you hire Justin to list your property.
