When V and I reached out to Trish Landis we had a very specific idea of what we wanted in a house. We set up a schedule to view 4 houses the day after our pre-approval was secured. When I walked into the 3rd house I actually said, "Oh no," out loud. I instantly fell in love with it. I liked it TOO much... The more I looked around, the more I fell in love which I had not expected to happen when starting this whole journey. I walked into the backyard and almost started crying. It was just too perfect.
