To Whom it Should Concern: If you are planning on entering into a real estate transaction, then I would highly recommend Theresa. Hopefully, you transaction will go well and you will end up just meeting a very nice realtor. However, if your transaction runs into trouble, then you will have the best in the business. Theresa knows her stuff and will protect your interests, even above her own (she won't just sell you something so she can get a commission). You won't get jerked around by other realtors and you won't have to worry about being overcharged by the loan officer. When I sold my place, she helped me get it ready to go and got the best price for it. Then when I bought my current residence I gave her the green light to get it for me. Not only did she get it for me at a reduced price (I had agreed to pay the asking price), she also got me the refrigerator and washer and dryer thrown in. I think Theresa is a person of impeccable character, and also as a topnotch realtor.
