After facilitating the purchase of our land in 2016 Laura De Zorzi readily moved onto our go to list of professionals. The ability to listen and lead are not often seen together. She demonstrated both during the research and negotiations leading up to a successful acquisition. In communicating to both my husband and I she established a legitimate foundation of trust. It was evident throughout that we were being clearly and credibly represented. In 2019 it was an easy choice to invite Laura to market and sell our home in Kirkland. Buying a house is implicitly stressful but even more so when youre brand new to this area of the country! Laura was everything we needed in a realtor: she educated us on the Greater Seattle Area market and answered even the most mundane questions with patience and a sense of humor. Laura is kind, patient, friendly, thoughtful, and (most importantly) she knows her clients and works hard to make them happy! Yes, Laura is our realtor but shes so much more, including the first friend I made here in the PNW. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!
