Philese Selden

Philese Selden was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Washington as a teenager. She loves the PNW and is happy to call it home! She comes from a background of 13 years in commercial real estate bringing her customer service and project management skills to bear when working with her real estate clients. Philese attended the University of Washington and earned a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Society & Justice. Her skills in coaching and mediation give her a unique insight into how to serve her clients. Philese entered the Real Estate world in order to meet new people and help her clients accomplish homeownership and hasn’t looked back. Philese lives in Marysville, WA with her husband and cat. Although her children are now young adults, they still enjoy spending time together as a family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing board games, boating and going out to live music!
