I was born and raised in Washington State. A lifetime of local experience has given me first-hand knowledge in the local community and schools. It allows me to be a resource to my buyers and help them find the community that is just right for them. To help my sellers get top dollar for their homes I am an Accredited Staging Professional. I enjoy staging the “Presentation Look” into a house. I am also a designated Windermere Relocation Specialist, which gives me access to the most motivated buyers. Many clients refer to me as their Real Estate “Strategist”. I am heavily weighted in Real Estate personally, with over 15 properties owned. When clients want to talk about what a great investment looks like, they call me.
