Without hesitation we would use Jimm again. We live in a different state and looking for investment and retirement property in Washington. We were not familiar with the surrounding area and we had some very specific requests. Jim was very helpful in guiding our decision process and helping define what we really want. He was very helpful. We had a visit scheduled to the area and Jim was awesome in helping us find what we wanted within that short period of time, one weekend. He was also very helpful with information which we did not consider. Had we not taken his advice we would have ended up with a property that would have caused us much headaches. Instead we now own a great property which meets all our needs. Jim didn't stop there, he continued to help us with property management company to help look after our property and even make sure the electricity and garbage was transfer.

Jimm's knowledge and service was above and beyond from the start. We began my home search before me arriving to Seattle and he was diligent on sending me properties based on my preferences. This expedited the process upon my arrival and I was able to find the house for me in relatively short order. Jimm was prompt during negotiations and honest in his advice, which helped me to quickly get an offer accepted in a highly competitive market. Jimm's knowledge on the area, the home buying process, HOA's and the escrow process made the process smooth sailing throughout. Jimm is always willing to answer questions any time, no matter the time of day or how many times you have asked it before.
