Paul Fennell

Paul & Christine Fennell were an amazing team that helped me sell a house. My selling situation was difficult as I was living overseas at the time I put my house up for sale. Paul went above and beyond what I had expected. He arranged cleanup of the property inside & out as well as arranging home inspectors & access to the house for contractors. Christine was responsive in all of our communications and worked around our time differences. The house sold while they were both on vacation , but still working, over Christmas and The New Year. Cant give any more stars on the review but I would if I could.

Paul and Daniel @ FLUX Real Estate are the best in the Seattle area. Period. They know the market, they know how to negotiate and they make the process fun. I have worked with them for several years, mostly buying but finally selling. Real estate in Seattle can be really tricky so it's important to have the best advice.
