Stephanie was very impressive assisting us in not only selling our last home, but in acquiring a new home. She successfully negotiated a successful transfer where an out-of-state seller did not have to return during negotiations. The home in question had a few known issues. She was readily available, knew important contacts, and guided us through the home buying process. She alerted us about 9 am one morning of a house that just came on the market, arranged a viewing, prepared the offer and by 5pm that same day the offer was accepted even before the for sale sign and lockbox was installed.
