Chris was great to work with. They are both knowledgable with the area and market. We are glad Chris worked hard to close this sale considering the challenges he faced. He was straightforward and diligant to keep the sale on track. Chris has checked in a cople of times just to see if we needed anything then offered his contacts which were also great to work with. We will definitely look at Chris when its time to sell in a few years.

Chris let us take the lead on what homes we wanted to look at and opened his schedule to accommodate us on several occasions until we could find the home we liked and wanted. He was always honest on what we could get within our budget. His honest, laid back approach really made looking and buying a home go much easier than anticipated. I would definitely recommend his services to our friends that plan to sell/buy in the PNW.

Chris was amazing as a realtor. Very readily compared houses we were looking at to the other houses in the area and was great about pointing out huge (and minor) issues with houses. He was constantly an advocate for getting me the best deal and getting my money's worth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a house in Bremerton or the surrounding cities. He is more than will to drive a distance for his clients!
