Patrice was on point with all our needs. We transitioned from California to Washington and she was very helpful and made us feel like we were her only clients. She did great! Patty would fly up and Patrice would have a couple days worth of great homes to see. We are so happy we hired Patrice to sell our home. First of all, we had lived there for 27 years and had stored so much stuff it was overwhelming! Patrice kept us calm and found us wonderful help and accomplished the move. Additionally, she advised us how best to show the house, provided some staging. She took the time to really get to know the home and was able to sell the house. Patrice spent hours hosting open-houses to showcase the house to as many people as possible. Of course, we had to improve the exterior of the house for a good first impression to potential buyers as well as be able to pass a home inspection. We sailed through the inspection because of her expertise. I highly recommend Patrice. She has your best interest in mind throughout the selling process.
