Gustavo was on top of things consistently. When I needed some minor repairs, he had a network of people so the jobs were done quickly and reasonable cost wise. The only thing more on negative side is he recommended $10,000 lower asking price than I chose. I did get my asking price, though it probably took about a month or two longer to sell.

Gustavo has helped me buy 3 of my properties by now, even helping some of my family members with their properties.
