If we could give more stars we would! Absolute kismet that we met and hired Martin. We had been looking for land to buy to build our dream home but doing it from Toronto, Ontario. Everyone told us that wed never find everything to fit our checklist and after our first visit in the area, we werent so sure either. However, Martin was so patient, a great listener into what we were looking for, straight forward and honest. We never felt like she was trying to sell us anything or pushing us or trying to convince us to buy something that we werent sure about. We loved her approach like a friend who had our best interest and has her head on straight and was always willing to go the extra mile. Weve never felt like just clients and she made the whole process so much easier when it seemed like such a daunting task. We found the perfect property and we're looking forward to being neighbours!!

Martine was amazing. I wasnt sure I would find the house I wanted in my price range and Martine had the patience to look for it and guide me through the purchase process with great care.

Martine was Awesome. This is the second time we have used her and would definitely use her again. She made the process of selling a home out of state very smooth. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will find out in no time at all. She checks in often to make sure we were doing ok and didn't have any questions.
