(24 years) Being a native of Vancouver WA has given me an advantage of knowing all areas. In 1996 I sold directly for a developer a higher end condo project on the waterfront, then helped him design and sell another condo gated community. After that, my license has been at John L Scott, then at Remax but have found a new home at Soldera Properties.
