Randy sold out home in two weeks!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and motivated. Randy's knowledge of the market enabled us to sell our home for more than we initially thought we might sell it for. During the marketing process, Randy kept is informed of the status of our home and how often it was shown and comments after the showing. Once we had a firm offer Randy was very communicative and informative of what step in the process we were at. I almost never had to call him for answers as he already anticipated our questions and had instinctively had information in front of us. There were minor maintenance issues that needed to happen prior to closing and Randy handled ALL of that for us.
