Troy Allen

With over four decades of deep-rooted experience in Yakima, Washington, dedicated and highly respected leader in real estate. A true Washington native, Troy’s journey passion for community and leadership developed early through athletics and local involvement. Licensed since 2006, he quickly distinguished himself as a top-tier Realtor and, in 2009, established his own successful real estate office, serving as both Designated Broker and Owner. My commitment to excellence goes beyond transactions—he has served on the Board of Directors for the Yakima Association of Realtors and the MLS, rising to the prestigious role of MLS President in 2017. Actively engaged on WR state committees, Troy provides strategic insights and leadership, driving initiatives that benefit clients, colleagues, and the industry at large. Troy is a passionate community supporter, often volunteering his Fire Truck for local fundraisers/parades, enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, and tackling projects in his yard.
